We prioritise customer satisfaction and product quality, but we understand that issues may sometimes occur. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@felkerliving.com.

We may request photos to expedite the process and will cover the return shipping. You can opt for a replacement or a full refund, including original delivery charges.

For change of mind returns, you have 14 days from purchase to return the unused item in its original condition and packaging, with return shipping costs covered by you. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days, excluding original delivery charges.
